Contract Management

Provide contract management as engineer's representative on site for engineering civil works.  Ensure close contract management according to NZS 3910. 

 Have expertise in all levels of project management from developing project management plans, tracking finances, reporting to funders, stakeholders, governing boards and the community.  Close on-site project management  ensures timely cost effective delivery of expected outcomes.

 Our approach looks at the whole catchment in an integrated approach. We seek to understand the problem and advise on the most appropriate method to develop a solution.  Our experience in catchment scale hydrologic modelling allows us to communicate effectively between clients and expert modellers.    

 Our approach is firstly to avoid natural hazards by keeping people away from the hazard, to mitigate the hazard where needed and provide emergency management to respond to natural hazard events and civil defense emergencies.
